TES understands the importance of providing a fast, efficient service, especially during busy times. We aim to provide schools with the most suitable member of staff we can. We will always aim to send a subject specialists teacher, when available. We have an extensive databsae of supply teachers and support staff and expect the highest standards from them all to provide schools with a continued high level of service.

We provide a 24 hour on call service so schools can relax safe in the knowledge they can speak to a consultant at any time and have staff in place for when they need them.

We have a number of clients who have recognised the high standard of service provided and have entered into sole supplier agreements with TES. Clients benefit from this agreement by knowing they have a dedicated consultant and our 100% commitment to placing the right members of staff. Clients also have priority over allocated members of our supply team and experience a reduction in charge rates.

Primary 

TES have qualified primary teachers ranging from NQT-M6 available immediately for day to day and long term cover. We have teachers who specialise in foundation, key stage 1 and key stage 2. If schools are looking for an individual with specific skills our in depth knowledge of all of our teachers enables us to recommend suitable candidates.

We also have qualified, experienced primary teaching assistants available immediately.

Secondary

TES provides qualified, experienced teachers who specialise in all subjects spanning across the keystage 3-5 national curriculum. We are able to provide detailed information about each of our teachers along with profiles and CV's so schools can make an informed decision for their long term and permanent recruitment. We also have a number of outstanding teachers who are available as 'general cover' who are experienced at delivering across a range of subjects.

We also have qualified, experienced cover supervisors and secondary teaching assistants available immediately.
 

SEN (Special Educational Needs)

TES have qualified SEN teachers available immediately for day to day and long term cover. We have teachers who specialise across a range of SEN including EBD, MLD, PMLD and ASD. We also have experienced SEN teaching assistants trained in specific areas such as non violent crisis intervention (CPI), team teach, behaviour management and moving and handling. 

We have a dedicated team of SEN consultants which is made up of experienced teachers and health care professionals. The skills and knowledge within the team enables us to understand clearly the needs of individual schools and recruit only the best SEN teachers and support staff.

Our team of primary, secondary, FE and SEN supply staff are available for day to day, short term, long term and permanent positions.
