We offer our support staff the chance to work in a range of schools and colleges on both a temporary and permanent basis.

Cover Supervisors.

As part of our on-going commitment to place high quality education staff into schools. TES requires cover supervisors to have completed our Cover Supervisor Training Course prior to working in schools.
The course covers the following areas

Classroom Management
Behaviour management
SEN
Child Protection
Health and Safety

We specifically recruit degree graduates and professionals who are eager to gain school experience to go towards their PGCE or GTP placements. All staff are therefore enthusiastic and committed to the role in hand, along with having an understanding of the national curriculum and its implementation.

All of our Cover Supervisors undergo rigorous selection process to ensure only the best are accepted on our database.
