Sam TES Success Story

Sam joined TES in 2014 and was a valued member of our supply team, undertaking long term teaching roles.
In September 2015 Sam went on to a long term position through TES at St Ambrose Barlow High School.  Nearly a year on Sam has been taken on to permanent contract at the school and it has opened up a new career direction for Sam. Following on from this great news we spoke to Sam about her experiences working for TES.
Can you describe TES in three words?

Tenacious – Because The Education Specialists are pro-active in finding opportunities for candidates.

Empathetic – because The Education Specialists aim to not just provide employment but provide fulfilling roles allowing candidates to integrate professionally into schools and progress their career and realise ambitions.

Progressive – because The Education Specialists evaluate and develop their own service as well supporting supply staff into their own progressive job opportunities. My professional relationship with TES is still progressive as I am still working with them in a new way in my new role.

TES: What positives have you gained from your experience working with TES?

Experienced a range of education environments, developed strong professional rapport with local schools both in long term and short term positions.

TES: What would you say to anyone considering working on a supply basis for TES?

Embrace opportunities provided by adopting your highest standards of professionalism and you will be led to success.

TES: if you could give us a star rating out of five, what would it be?

4 star. I couldn’t be happier in the position I have settled into in the school TES introduced me to, but knowing TES they are always seeking to improve their own service it is only right to keep the 5 star rating an aspiration :)
