Eton College supporting the disadvantaged.

Eton College is to use its charitable funds to help disadvantaged a-level students in order to help bridge the education gap. Simon Henderson, Eton’s headmaster in an interview by the Times newspaper, revealed his concerns about the effects of the Covid 19 virus on vulnerable students in poor areas, whose education has suffered the most since school closures.

Eton is currently supporting local children of key workers by opening its doors so they can access their facilities, as well as providing accommodation for NHS staff. Read more here from the Times article.
