SEND Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Primary SupportAre you passionate about supporting children with SEND and helping them reach their full potential?

We are looking for a caring, patient and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged child with additional SEND needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with children and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a primary-aged child with SEND.
• Build a positive, trusting relationship with the child.
• Support the child’s learning, communication, social development and wellbeing.
• Adapt activities and approaches to meet the child’s individual needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team.
• Encourage independence, confidence and engagement in learning.
• Be patient, nurturing, reliable and enthusiastic.
