Permanent SEN Teacher – Specialist Education Setting
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:00pm, term time only
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
The Education Specialists are recruiting on behalf of a specialist education setting in Greater Manchester for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, SEMH and complex learning needs, and who wants to work in a specialist environment where relationships, engagement and individual progress are at the heart of education.
The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, support staff and the wider school team to create a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour, school refusal or other complex needs.
