SEND ECT – Primary Specialist ProvisionAre you an enthusiastic and compassionate ECT looking to begin your teaching career in a specialist SEND setting?

We are looking for a passionate and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our specialist primary SEND provision. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching practice while making a meaningful difference to the lives of children with additional needs.
Our pupils all have an EHCP and present with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language needs, and complex communication needs, including children who are non-verbal.

You will be joining an amazing, supportive and highly collaborative staff team who are committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
We are looking for someone who:

• Is an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT with a genuine passion for working with children with SEND.
• Builds warm, trusting relationships with children and celebrates their individual strengths and achievements.
• Is willing to learn, reflect and develop their practice.
• Can adapt learning and communication approaches to meet individual needs.
• Is patient, nurturing and committed to creating a safe and positive learning environment.
• Works collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, families and external professionals.
• Is excited about developing their career within specialist SEND education.
